15 Months [Easton]

Our little mister is 15 months old today. He is getting some molars in so he's a little more grumpy than normal, but still generally a pretty happy dude.

At 15 months he...
Is walking all over the place
Is turning into a little snuggle bug. Loves to be rocked to sleep.
Gives the best hugs and kisses, and gives them all day long.
Gives high fives and knuckles.
Blows kisses.
Waves bye bye and night night.
Still only has 6 teeth at the moment, but like I said earlier, I think a few are coming in.
Is learning how to throw fits. He has this high pitched squeal he does and oh man, it is like nails on a chalkboard.
Can go up and down the stairs.
Likes to climb on stuff but is usually to scared too get down and, therefore, he gets stuck.
Isn't eating or sleeping very good right now (most likely from the teething (fingers crossed))
Is down to one nap a day.
Likes to watch tv, but only for little bits at a time.
Has a sensitive little soul and gets his feelings hurt when he gets in trouble.
Loves the pool and is quite the little fish. Now if only I could figure out how to make him stop trying to jump in the pool by himself!
Loves to be outside.
Is a typical boy.. Likes eating dirt, rocks, and sticks.

We love our little man and have so much fun with him!

Bubby Turns One.

The night before Easton's birthday, Ray got his car all put together and I blew up some balloons. (It's a lot harder than it looks). We had the kitchen all decked out for when he woke up. He didn't notice the car at first and went straight for the balloons, but once he noticed the car he loved it. Addie was a good big sister and pushed him around and around and around in it. Later when Ray got home from work we ate pizza and let Easton have his first cupcake. Let's just say he wasn't really a fan.... He cried actually. It's a hard life, ya know. I wish I cried when someone tried to make me eat cake ;). Anyways, it was a good day. I can't believe our little bubby man is already a year old. We sure do love that happy little man!

One Year Pics [Easton]

Took little man out yesterday to do a 1-year photo shoot. I love taking pics of one year olds, unless they are my own. It's so hard to get them to smile. The kid has a permanent smile on his face, until I break out my camera. It was a mess. I'm surprised I even got as many decent ones as I did. Oh well, he is just so handsome either way. Can't believe he turns 1 tomorrow! Mind=blown!

And some funny ones just because he's crazy!....

11 Months [Easton]

Our little hunk hit 11 Months today!

At eleven months he....

Is so happy... all the time. He smiles so big it takes up his whole face.
Started crawling normal, but he still throws in the army/worm crawl every now and then.
Is so hard to get dressed, or to change his diaper. He rolls over and crawls away every time.
After I get his diaper off he rolls over and crawls away super fast but he always stops, looks back to see if I'm chasing him and laughs.
Pulls himself up on everything. Anytime I'm sitting on the couch, I usually have a nice view of his cute little face poking over the cushions.
Likes to play games on my phone or the iPad. He will let me play with him forever, but as soon as Addie tries to play with him he gives her a good whack!
We had to move his crib down and but gates on our stairs.
He puts anything and everything straight into his mouth.
He loves to play and laugh.
He is a good eater. He eats just about everything and a lot of it!
Has 4 teeth. Two on bottom and two on top.
Takes two naps a day. Usually 1.5 to 2 hours each.
Has the longest eyelashes ever. I want to steal them.
Can say dada, mama, ah-duh (addie), and the other day he copied us when we said "dun, dun, dun"
He likes everyone but he still loves his mama the most.
He is the sweetest little guy and he brings such an amazing spirt to our family. We couldn't love him more!

Valentines Day.

I remembered this morning that I usually do a little Valentines Photo Shoot, so we dressed them up and took them out to take some pics. The whole thing lasted 15 minutes tops, but I am so glad we did them. My little people are so stinking cute!

Later that night I did a mystery dinner. We had heart-shaped pizza with heart-shaped pepperoni, heart-shaped watermelon, a salad with heart-shaped cucumbers, pink cookies and chocolate covered strawberries,  and some yummy shirley temples for drinks. I printed off some menus, and they ordered everything all randomly without knowing what they were going to get. It was cute and fun. I didn't take any pictures. One of those times where I decided just to live in the moment instead of trying to capture it.

After dinner we doorbell ditched the kids and left some presents on the door.

It was fun celebrating with the little people this year. I love that Addie is old enough to understand holidays now!

A Day at the Races.

Today we headed over to Santa Anita Park for the horse races. Addie had fun picking out horses for Grammy, and was her little lucky charm. Fluttershy would talk to the horses and tell them which one was going to win and then Addie would tell Grammy. Anytime they won Grammy gave Addie some of the money to put in her bank account. I think she walked out about $20 richer. Grandpa had fun showing Easton all of the horses and later me and East-o walked around in the stroller so he could take a snooze. After the races we headed back to our cute little house and made some spaghetti. The weather was absolutely perfect and it made for such a fun day.
